The Dreamweaver extension Universal Email is a great little tool that enables you to add email functionality to your website with ease. You can send personalised emails to multiple addresses and include attachments aswell.
Send text or html emails and edit the html emails from within Dreamweaver, once the email is set you can enter the wizard and edit it at any time. Below we will take you through the steps to insert email functionality into your website.
8 Steps and your website will have advanced email capabilities, they are:
- Email Object
- General
- From
- To, CC and BCC
- Attachments
- Body

| Fill out the email object tab making sure that your SMTP server details and return path are correct. | Fill out the subject line, how the email is triggered and the goto page after Universal Email is triggered. |

| Fill out the details that will be shown as the from and email. | Fill out the To, CC and BCC details, these can be ststic or dynamic results. |

| Add any attachments that you might want sent with the email. | And edit the body of the email, you can edit the html email in dreamweaver. |
If you want a forms contents say a contact us form emailed to you then just put the code provided with the software into the plain text edit and click ok your Universal Email component will be saved and you just upload it to the server ready to go.
