The Dreamweaver extension PHP Email Merge is a fantastic tool that enables you to add a newsletter system to website in less than 5 minutes and with ease. You can send highly personalized mass mails that look top notch.
Comes with a Rich Text editor so that you or your customers can can produce really good looking html emails, insert images, tables and other html elements.
To use PHP email merge you just need to define a recordset, insert the object and upload to the server and your newsletter is ready to go.

1. Define your Recordset from the server behaviors panel.
2. Select the table and columns from the recordset panel.
3. Insert the Object by going to insert, PHP objects and the Email Merge Server Object and selecting the recordset. The following object will be inserted into your page, with all the supporting files.
4. Upload the files to the server and start using your mass mailer/newsletter system.
Its as easy as that.
